How long does shipping take?
Orders sent with DHL Standard usually arrive within 1–3 working days in Germany. Other EU countries usually take 3–7 working days.
How can I return something?
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. All steps and the model withdrawal form are in our cancellation policy.
Which size fits me?
Use our size guide with body measurements in centimetres. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one for costumes.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with the DHL tracking number. With a customer account you can also find all orders under “Orders”.
How do I care for costumes, masks and make-up?
Care and safety notes are on every product page. Hand-wash costumes cold or spot-clean only, wipe masks with a damp cloth and keep them away from heat. Test make-up on a small patch of skin first.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the parcel has already been handed over to DHL, please use your right of withdrawal.
